Returns & Exchanges

Breeders Club Canada has a 30 day return policy. Items intended to be returned must be in new condition with the original packaging and its contents. We may ask for photos before the customer sends back the item(s). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the customer is looking for an exchange, it is recommended to place an order with the correct item(s). A full refund will be sent to the customer once the item being exchanged is processed and received. Exchanged items must follow the same regulations as if it were a returned item(s).

Please allow 3 days to receive the refund to be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may also take 2-3 business days for the statement to appear on your account activity.
